TAKA FC for Beginners

This quick workout is a great way to get started. We have combined a great combination of footwork, core and cardio to give you a sample of our workouts. In our beginner series we give you the 30 on, 30 off routine, with only one set of exercises. This gives you 30 seconds of exercise with 30 seconds of rest for a great way to start things.
